Exploring Langkawi for Photography
We want to create photographs through experiences.
Langkawi, an archipelago of 99 islands located in the Andaman Sea, is a popular tourist destination in Malaysia. Known for its pristine beaches, turquoise waters, and lush green forests, Langkawi is a paradise for nature lovers and me photographers. In this blog post, we will showcase Some really interesting location that is suitable for portrait session – only if we are adventurous, fit and outdoorsy.
Hiking, waterfall
I’ve explored around some terrains around Langkawi myself. I jumped in and swam, and figure that these are great experience and opportunity for photography. From the amazing tall Temerun Waterfall to Seven Wells in Langkawi. We even found the legendary Blue Lagoon, and went swimming. There are some hiking and swimming couple portraits that we can explore and make.
It’s gonna be quite epic!
For the less adventurous
Langkawi has some of the most beautiful beaches in Malaysia, with crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches. From Tanjung Rhu Beach in the north to Cenang Beach in the south, there are plenty of opportunities to capture stunning shots of the beach and the surrounding landscape.
The best time to capture the beauty of the beaches is during sunrise or sunset when the light is soft and warm. Be sure to bring your tripod to capture long exposure shots of the waves and the clouds.
