What to include
A Langkawi date can be quoted properly on the first reply if the email carries these five things.
- Your date, or the range of dates you are still choosing between.
- The resort or venue, if it is booked. The Datai, The St. Regis, Four Seasons, The Westin, The Ritz-Carlton and Berjaya are all familiar ground. If the venue is undecided, say so and we can suggest options.
- What the day looks like: a full wedding day, a two or three day celebration, an elopement, a pre-wedding session, or a surprise proposal.
- Rough guest numbers, if there is a ceremony or dinner.
- How to reach you: email, or a WhatsApp number with the country code.
Booking a date
Dates are not held until they are confirmed in writing. Availability shifts, so treat any date as open only once we have said so. Langkawi weddings are often booked six to eighteen months ahead, and peak dry season dates go first.
Pricing
Coverage is quoted per date, per venue and per number of days, because a one day elopement at Tanjung Rhu and a four day celebration at The Westin are not the same job. Ask and you will get a real figure, not a range.
